TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings can only be made direct with the site by calling us on 01934 627595, by making a booking you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions and understand that any monies paid are non refundable

All bookings are for arrival between 1pm – 5pm. Pitches must be vacated between 9am – 11am on the day of departure, for an additional fee it may be possible to arrive earlier on the day of arrival and/or depart later on the day of departure. Please enquire when making your reservation

Touring Caravans may only be occupied by those persons named at the time of booking, permission for any day visiting guests must be sought from the Site Owner and the appropriate admission fee paid prior to admission to the Site. No overnight visiting guests are permitted in any circumstances

Our cancellation plan costs £20 per pitch booked per week, payable at the time of booking. It ensures that if you have to cancel your holiday due to illness or death of a close relative or a member of your party, you will receive a refund of monies paid (less insurance fee). A Doctors certificate must support all claims

Caravans over 15 years old are not permitted. No Hobby, Tabbert, LMC type Caravans are permitted. All caravans and awnings must be clean and in a good state of repair

No commercial vehicles permitted. ie transit vans

Awnings erected on grass pitch’s must have breathable groundsheets to protect the grass. No oversized awnings or annex’s to awnings are permitted

No all male or all female parties

No excess noise at any time and no noise whatsoever after midnight. Any behaviour where the comfort and enjoyment of others is seriously or adversely affected will not be tolerated

Country View Holiday Park endeavours to provide all the facilities advertised in our brochure or elsewhere, but reserves the right to make changes to those facilities at anytime and without prior notice to clients

Facilities such as the Pool and Bar may only be available at busier times of the season. The Bar is open at weekends only

No litter or waste of any kind should be dropped or left around the Site. Please use the bins provided

CIGARETTE ENDS ARE LITTER PLEASE DO NOT DROP THEM

Dogs are to be kept on leads at all times and must be exercised off the Park. Dogs must not foul the Park and any excrement accidentally dropped must be removed immediately. No more than 2 dogs per pitch are permitted

Children must be supervised on Site at ALL TIMES, particularly when using the Swimming Pool, Play Area and Toilet/Shower facilities

All children and non-swimmers must be accompanied in and around the Pool area by an adult swimmer at all times

To allow for grass cutting please ensure that all areas around your pitch/unit are kept free of obstacles i.e, windbreaks, bicycles etc

The Site speed limit is 5 mph, which is no quicker than a brisk walking pace, exceeding this limit is dangerous and unacceptable

Motorists should also note that washing and repairing of vehicles on Site is strictly forbidden

No ball games are permitted around any units of accommodation ie: caravans, tents or motor homes

Chemical toilets and wastewater containers must be emptied in the places provided, which are clearly marked

Guests are reminded that under 18’s are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages on Country View premises

The use of hose-pipes is not permitted. Washing lines are not permitted; tidy dryers may be used

The lighting of fires is strictly forbidden, but proprietary BBQ’s are permitted providing they are off the ground and do not allow the surrounding grass to burn

No Caravans are to be used in connection with any trade or business

Each caravan must be fitted with a fire extinguisher and fully insured by the caravan owner

Caravans will be sited at the management’s discretion and may be moved by the management at any time to comply with new standards or site improvements

All users of the Site must observe the conditions of the Site Licence issued by North Somerset District Council, a copy of which is available from the reception

Caravans may only be sold on the Site with the prior permission of the Site Owner. The sale transaction must go through the Site and the Site would take a commission of 15% plus VAT (minimum £150 plus VAT)

The Site Owner will not be liable to any person whilst they are on the site, for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property, however caused or sustained

Any monies paid to Country View are non refundable.

 

SEASONAL TOURING PITCH TERMS

Summer Seasonal pitches are for 8 months commencing 1st March until 31st October. They must be paid for in full by the 1st February each year

Winter Seasonal pitches and winter storage are for 4 months commencing 1st November until 28th February. They must be paid for in full by the 1st October each year

By making a booking you agree to abide by our terms and conditions and understand that any monies paid are non refundable

Pitches are not transferable

Seasonal pitches may not be used for fulltime occupation, they are for weekend and holiday use upto a maximum of 10 weeks per year

Electricity used is metered and invoiced periodically

Caravans cannot be removed from the site until all outstanding monies are paid

The area around your caravan should be kept clear and tidy. When the caravan is not in use, NOTHING should be left outside or underneath. Owners should also ensure that the grass area around their caravan is free from chippings and stones, as no responsibility for damage caused by these objects being thrown up by grass cutting machines, will be accepted by the Site Owner

Owners must keep the grass cut around their awnings

Electric hook-up cables should be stored inside the caravan (not underneath)

Only small Gas Bottles (not 19kg or larger) can be used and must be stored in the caravans front locker

All building work, laying of slabs, fencing, paths etc must be approved by the Site Owner prior to construction. Any materials, shrubs, trees etc placed on the site become the property of the Site and may not be removed

Only “Trimetals” external storage boxes supplied by Country View are permitted and they must be kept on the hard standing of the pitch

No sub-letting of caravans is permitted

Tents may not be erected on seasonal touring pitches

I'm on long stay and been here 2 years I love visiting most weekends especially this weekend for parry in the park awesome atmosphere and live music all night ????

Lovely campsite,spotless facilities, nice hard standing pitches,brilliant heated swimming pool & family room,pool table & little play park, swings ..ect great spot for visiting western supermare.

We have a seasonal pitch here, very nice clean tidy, nice friendly people, swimming pool and a Bar open Friday Saturday nights load of shops and super markets galore 10 to 15 minutes away ????

Lovely clean and quietish park, lots of owner occupiers but available pitches for tourers and tents. Toilet and shower blocks are spotless and a great dog walking field on site. Ring to check availability as normally fully booked. Open air swimming pool only 1 metre deep so great for little ones with supervision supplied by parents only.
